I wonder if the US is ever going to start the process for undocumented aliens. When will this day come, with over 20 million living in this country with no legal permission, when will this come to an end? Will they ever get a chance to amend their mistake?

Who are illegal aliens, undocumented?

Illegal aliens are those foreign nationals that enter the US territory with no written permission from the US government are considered illegal. Most of these people decide to stay making them undocumented. It is hard to understand the idea of just thinking of breaking the law in a strange country, however most of these people have a valid reason, in my opinion, for coming to the US. Either for protection, or for the idea to have a better life, to provide a brighter future to their families.

Most of the people that enter this country illegally come from Mexico and central America, also Latin America, Asia and Eastern European Countries.

So which side are you on?

Some citizens argue that the illegal aliens should be deported just because they are breaking the law and do not deserve to be here. Others support the idea of creating a way to make them legal so they can stay in this country.

It is a tough side to take considering I am an immigrant myself and know firsthand the living conditions, difficulties and cruelties others live in outside of this country. However, I do believe in the laws of land and we should abide by them regardless of the situation we come from. Yes, they break the law and continue breaking it, but whether we want them or not they are part of our society. We interact with them on a daily basis, we care for them and we want to help.

Look at it this way, illegal immigrants perform jobs Americans won’t. It is that simple, they treasure and feel so blessed to even have a job, to be able to earn money, any money for that matter and support their families. They rather work all day under the sun, and under temperatures that seem inhuman to the rest of us, but they do, because they are grateful just to get by.

Something to think about

Have you ever thought of the fact that America’s undocumented aliens are helping towards the Social Security Administration?? Yes, my fellow readers, they get a fake Social Security number for the sole purpose of getting employed. It most likely has never crossed their minds the fact that they will never be able to collect that money they are paying towards their retirement.

I can not imagine a massive deportation, when these aliens have homes, they call the US their home. As unreasonable as it sounds, it is true, children are born in this country. They have learned the language, this is all they know and love. Who would want to move anywhere else after seeing all the US has to offer. When you have had the opportunity to live outside the US or just travel, you realize, and for most, it’s an eye opener to realize what a great country the US is. I can not deny, yes I miss my people, my food, my air, but I can never exchange the feeling of freedom, of security, the feeling of feeling safe.

How can anyone want to take that away from America’s Undocumented??

Okay, so this is my verdict, are you ready?

The US government should work on creating a path so all our 20 million undocumented human beings will be able to truly and freely say, this is home, the land of the free.
